Together, they embody the mission of creating transformative opportunities for women worldwide.
Nicole Sturomski
Founder and Director
Nicole is the Founder of WMN Unite and a Howard Univerity graduate with over 25 years of professional experience in civil engineering, martial arts, and 10 years of health and wellness leadership. Nicole has worked closely with hundreds of clients and students in need of improving their health and overall wellness. She advocates for women in need, health for the community, and sustainability for the planet.
Kleidy Villela
Board Member
Kleidy is an Entrepreneur, Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master. She created a bridge between her, and sharing tolls with the Hispanic community. Her honesty, respect, hard work and loyalty was something her grandparents modeled and became an important part of who she is. Her daughter was born with special needs and has taught her how to be present, how to connect her family and business, and be a role model.
Rebecca Weinstein
Board Member
Known for her blend of creativity and compassion, Rebecca is a Reiki master and a spiritual life coach. She empowers individuals to uncover their inner strength and embrace a more healthy and vibrant life. She also she volunteers at Northern Westchester Hospital’s Integrative Wellness Program and leads transformative group healing events.

Margo Gladys
Board Member
Margo is a wellness teacher, coach, and expert in stress mastery and energy optimization. As certified wellness instructor and health coach, Margo integrates a wide range of mind-body techniques to help clients transform their health and vitality. Margo has over 20 years of experience in the corporate world, 15 of them in healthcare and research administration in New York City.
Laura Wachtel
Board Member
Laura is a retired owner of a pediatric therapeutic center and an experienced Speech and Language Pathologist, with a degree from Columbia University. Throughout her career, she worked with children to overcome communication challenges while helping families navigate Early Intervention. Laura brings a wealth of experience and heart to the Women Unite Board, supporting the Farmers Market with a deep commitment to sustainability and community wellness.
Serena Norr
Board Member
Serena is a theater artist, playwright, a digital director and works in hospitality. She formed a playmaking community for dreamers, creatives, the curious, and seekers who believe in community, collaboration, and telling stories from different perspectives to awaken and inspire. Serena is active in the creative community, and teaches at Westchester Community College.
Gina Fuschetto
Board Member
Gina is a jack(ie) of all creative trades, with a spiritual twist, joining the team with over a decade in branding & content marketing. She brings to the table, her unique experience as a professional psychic, guiding people into deeper connection with their higher self, through energetic services & workshops. She’s channeling her experience as an intuitive creator to help global brands, business owners & entrepreneurs share their mission & magic with the world, across print, digital & experience platforms, and passionate about serving the community.
Margo Hirsch
Board Member
Margo is an attorney with admissions to the Bars in New York and New Jersey where she represents children and youth in family court. Prior to her work in the courts, she served as Executive Director of the Coalition for Homeless Youth, a consortium of organizations and individuals working on behalf of runaway, homeless and street involved youth and their families. Margo began her career as a youth worker over 40 years ago as a counselor in a shelter for abused and/or neglected teenage girls, many of whom had histories of sexual abuse. She has continued as an advocate for young people throughout her career.
Salima Mathews
Member
Working in over 30 years of marketing and advertising she serves as Executive Director and leads teams of crews and staff. Salima is passionate about helping her community, and focuses on advovating for women of all ages and races. She is a bridge that allows for great quality and success. Salima has supported WMN Unite nonprofit organization since it was founded in 2021.
Valencia Elliott
Events
Valencia has livedin Mt. Kisco with her son for more than 27 years. She has overcome domestic violence and has a desire to help other women. She has worked more than 18 years in the health food industry and has worked as a companion for seniors. Graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Business Management and Computer Applications. Her passion is helping women overcome mental health issues and to learn about energy healing, health and wellness, and sharing her story. She is very grateful to be of service in the WMN Unite organization.
